1. Consultation & Booking Confirmation
A booking is officially confirmed once the consultation details are finalized and the deposit (if applicable) is received. Each date is reserved exclusively for one primary bride/client to maintain our signature quality.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that event timelines can change. Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to your scheduled event date, subject to studio availability.
3. Punctuality & Prep
Clients are requested to arrive with clean, hydrated skin free of makeup. Any delays exceeding 30 minutes without notification may require adjustments to the planned timeline to respect subsequent commitments.
4. Allergies & Skin Sensitivity
It is the client's responsibility to inform Muskan Makeup of any known skin allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to application during the consultation phase.
